Candidate privacy notice

This notice explains how information you provide during an assessment hosted on Clarivon Signal is handled.

What is collected

• Contact details you enter (name, email, and optionally a LinkedIn URL and CV).
• Your answers, the time spent on each question and when you started and finished.
• Basic browser activity during the assessment (for example, when the assessment tab loses focus or when copy/paste is attempted). These signals are shown to the hiring team as context only and never automatically disqualify anyone.

How it is used

Your answers are scored against a rubric configured by the employer. Your CV, name and contact details are stored separately and are never used to calculate your score. Written answers may be scored with the help of an AI model and are always reviewable by a person at the hiring company.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained according to the employer's configured retention period and can be deleted on request to the employer.
